Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
This policy covers www.temeculavalleydrainagepros.com (Temecula Valley Drainage Pros). The site is an independent referral service. It does not perform drainage work. It collects the details you enter in the request form so that a local drainage contractor can contact you about your request.
What we collect
When you submit the request form we receive:
- Your first name, email address and phone number
- Your ZIP code and the service you selected
- The page you were on, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link
- The date and time of your request
Our hosting provider also processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site. If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records how you use the pages (clicks, scrolling, device type and approximate region). Clarity does not load until you accept. If you decline, no Clarity cookies are set.
How we use it
- To send your request to a local drainage contractor who can contact you about it
- To keep a record of requests so we can follow up and resolve problems
- To understand which pages help visitors, and to improve the site
We do not sell your information to data brokers and we do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels. Contractors may pay to receive referrals, and the details you submit are shared with them for the purpose of contacting you about your request.
Calls and texts
By submitting the form you agree to receive calls and texts from a local drainage contractor about your request. Message and data rates may apply. To stop, tell the contractor or contact us at the address below.
Who else handles your information
These services process data on our behalf to run the site and the form:
- Vercel hosts the site (privacy policy)
- Resend delivers the email notification of your request (privacy policy)
- Make.com passes your request to our records, and Airtable stores them (Make, Airtable)
- Microsoft Clarity measures page use, only after you accept analytics cookies (privacy statement)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep requests for as long as needed to follow up and keep records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under California law, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. Write to the address below and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and the services above use their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
